Project Description
Loto-Québec is a state corporation responsible to manage games of chance in a controlled and measured fashion.
In the context of the Advanced User Experience (UX) Evaluation course given at HEC Montréal (winter 2022), we assessed the user experience of Loto-Québec's iOS app Lotteries. We analyzed the information architecture and then designed interactive prototypes, which were used during user interviews.
Due to an NDA, it is not possible to provide here any additional details concerning the problems we investigated and the solutions we offered.
